Project: Crisis Manual Preparation, including several steps – Scenario Assessment, Structuring, Content Approval and Training of 50 people.

Objective: Compilation of existing procedures in order to:
Optimize, harmonize and inform (alert) on communication procedures
Assure the communication process coordination across company

Reduce to a minimum the crisis impact on the company’s image.
Prevent the crisis from spreading, containing it, if possible, to the local sphere.

Strategy: Preparation of the Crisis Management Manual followed a 120-day schedule:

• Interviewing chief executives;
• Assessing procedures;
• Identifying risk factors;
• Compiling data;
• Preparing the manual;
• Training spokespeople;
• Preparing the Drill Script for employees;
• Periodic review.
